final mile problem?

Hey I heard that final mile is the biggest problem for any logistics company what you guys think about it?

Last mile or you can say final mile is a term used in supply chain management and transportation planning to describe the movement of people and goods from a transportation hub to a final destination in the home. And yes it is quite big problem because it is the most Important phase of delivery.
