The development of electric vehicles is an important part of new energy development. For an electric vehicle, battery charging equipment is one of the indispensable subsystems. Its function is to convert the electrical energy from the grid into electrical energy from the on-board battery of an electric vehicle. The on-board charging device usually uses a contact charger with simple structure and easy control, or it can be an induction charger. Non-vehicle charging device, i.e. ground charging device, mainly includes special charger, special charging station, universal charger, charging station for public places, etc. It can meet various charging methods for various batteries. Usually the power, volume and weight of non-vehicle chargers are relatively large so as to be able to accommodate various charging methods.
Charging pile cable, is a vehicle charging and discharging warning control system with control signal transmission function in terms of transmitting electric power, charging saturation indication, and safety warning.
The charging pile cable includes a cable core formed by the main core, center line, high temperature warning core and control signal core through the cable, the hollow part of the cable core is filled with TPE rubber filling strip, the cable core is extruded outside the outer sheath layer; said high temperature warning core is temperature-sensitive wire; said control signal core consists of at least two insulated control wire core by twisting and wrapping polyester tape, and then woven shield layer and extruded control line sheath.
